Havre Police Department

A caller on 15th Avenue reported Tuesday at 6:36 a.m. that someone got into his vehicle during the night.

A Second Street caller reported at 9:58 a.m. Tuesday someone hit his house during the night.

Travis James Morsette of Minot, North Dakota, 42, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, speeding and driving without insurance and on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on First Street Tuesday at 12:59 p.m.

An officer initiated an investigation on an unlisted issue during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East Tuesday at 3:38 p.m.

--

A Fourth Street caller reported Tuesday at 4 p.m. finding a pink bike.

--

An arrest was made on a warrant after a Second Street caller reported Tuesday at 6:01 p.m. that a man with a warrant was in the area.

--

Amber Victoria Standingrock of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on an assault charge after Jefferson Avenue caller reported at 7:36 p.m. that a woman was punched in the face.

Desirea Lee Writingbird of Box Elder, 38, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass to property after a Sixth Avenue caller requested help at 7:44 p.m. Tuesday getting an intoxicated woman out of his residence.

Michelle Lea Torralba of Browning, 37, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a caller at a First Street West establishment requested help at 2:11 this morning getting a woman removed from the building.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud at a U.S. Highway 2 West business at 7:47 a.m. Tuesday.

Duane David Bradley of Havre, 28, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop at Bullhook and Clear Creek roads Tuesday at 5:26 p.m.

A Seventh Avenue North caller reported Tuesday at 6:34 p.m. a man was videoing things in her yard.

Desirea Lea Writingbird of Box Elder, 38, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia Tuesday at 8:20 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Havre Fire Department had no dispatch calls Tuesday or this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," four medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat, five female short-hair cats and one male short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 2-year-old female hound, a 23-week-old female pit bull-Labrador retriever cross, a 2-year-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, 1-year-old male spaniel-pit bull terrier cross, a 2-year-old male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross, a 9-month-old female pit bull terrier, a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever and a 1-year-old male great Pyrenees mix-breed.
