Havre Police Department

Officers were called Thursday at 9:49 a.m. to a two-vehicle, noninjury crash between a Pathfinder and Dodge Ram on third Avenue.

A Second Street caller reported Thursday at 1:31 p.m. a bike was stolen.

Lance Udell Stump of Havre, 31, was issued a summons at the police station Thursday at 8:04 p.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Janna Lea Chavez of Havre, 54, was issued a summons on a charge of dog at large after a Fifth Avenue caller reported Thursday at 8:35 p.m.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after an officer initiated investigation Thursday at 8:55 p.m. of a domestic disturbance on Second Street.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and minor in possession and a 16-year-old and a 15-year-old were each issued summonses on charges juvenile curfew violations and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after an officer stopped on 13th Street West at 11:35 p.m. Thursday to investigate suspicious activity.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller south of Kremlin called Thursday at 10:21 a.m. to report intentional damage to his crops.

A 14-year-old was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a Thursday 12:49 p.m. caller reported two women in a pickup fighting on 24th Avenue Northeast.

A caller north of Rudyard reported vandalism Thursday at 1:55 p.m.

A caller on Sixth Avenue East in Gildford reported two bullet holes in his trailer Thursday at 4:18 p.m.

--

Andrea Rachelle Dess of Havre, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a Thursday 11:58 p.m. vehicle stop on First Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," four medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat, four female short-hair cats and three male short-hair cats.

The shelter also held this morning a 2-year-old female hound, a 2-year-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, a 23-week-old female pit bull-German shepherd cross, a 9-month-old female pit bull terrier, a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever and a 1-year-old great Pyrenees.

Births

A boy was born Tuesday, July 10, 2018, to Mikell and Jay Mavencamp of Havre.
