Havre Police Department

Zona Anne McConnell of Havre, 49, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant when an officer served a warrant Wednesday at 2:53 p.m. on Second Street.

Officers were asked Wednesday at 3:22 p.m. to assist another agency.

A summons was issued after a 16th Avenue caller asked officers at 5:32 p.m. Wednesday to make a welfare check. No details were provided on the summons.

An arrest was made during an 8:39 p.m. vehicle stop on Second Avenue Wednesday, but no details on the charges were provided.

Isaac Wells of Box Elder, 19, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and minor in possession after a caller at a First Street business reported an intoxicated man in the parking lot at 9:21 p.m. Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to one call Wednesday and one this morning and firefighters responded to a good intent call on the 2000 Block of Fifth Avenue Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," three medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat, four female short-hair cats and three male short-hair cats.

The shelter also held this morning a 2-year-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, a 14-week-old female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever cross, a 1-year-old male spaniel-pit bull terrier cross, a 9-month-old female pit bull terrier and a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever.

A boy was born Tuesday, July 1, 2018, to Mikell and Jay Mavencamp of Havre.
