Havre Police Department

Ryan Eugene Stump of Rocky Boy, 29, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, resisting arrest and "other" after a 10th Street West caller reported a domestic disturbance Monday at 6:12 a.m.

A caller on Second Street Northeast reported Monday at 8:29 a.m. his sister had taken his vehicle and had not returned it.

--

A Third Street caller reported a scam Monday at 4:27 p.m.

--

A package suspected to contain drugs was reported by a 6th Avenue delivery service Monday at 6:08 p.m.

--

Monday at 7:54 p.m., a caller on 17th Street reported property damage.

--

A disturbance was reported by a 10th Avenue caller at 8:46 p.m. Monday.

--

A 17th Street West caller reported at 9:35 Monday that a man was pepper sprayed.

--

Kayla Lucille Hawley of Havre, 29, was arrested on a theft charge after a 10th Street West caller asked at 12:25 a.m. today to have a woman removed from her apartment and reported at 12:52 a.m. that the woman had returned and stole the caller's purse.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Nicole Lynn Brown of Great Falls, 32, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported a shoplifter running off at 4:33 p.m. Deputies made the arrest during a related vehicle stop at 4:43 p.m. on U.S. Highway 2.

Janelle Arlene Clausen of Great Falls, 35, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and trespass to property after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter at 6:27 p.m.

Nola Peach Versfelt and Jacob Tyler Hayes, both 22-year-old transients, were each arrested on charges of trespass to property and littering when a deputy initiated investigation of suspicious activity Monday at 8:56 p.m. at the north side of the Milk River Bridge.

Deputies made an arrest during investigation of suspicious activity today at 1:48 a.m. on First Street West. No details were provided.

A burglary was reported at 6:34 this morning on Fifth Avenue North.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," four medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat, one male short-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 14-week-old female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever cross, a 1-year-7-month-old female Australian shepherd, an 8-month-old female pit bull terrier and a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever.
