Bull riding and mini-bull riding signups for Great Northern Fair

Bull riders still have time to sign up for the 2018 Cody FourColors Memorial Bull Riding set for 7 p.m. July 20 at the Great Northern Fair.

The cost to enter is $120 and those who want to compete can enter by texting or calling 403-589-5566. Entries are limited to the first 40.

This is a Bull Riders Canada sanctioned event but a one-day permit can be issued for nonmembers.

Bull riders will vie for a share of the $5,000 added prize money and buckles for the top four riders in both the long round and the short round of the top 10 riders.

Youth 6 to 14 years old and under 140 pounds can also sign up for the miniature bull riding set to be held in conjunction with the Great Northern Ram Open Rodeo that starts at 7 p.m. July 19 and the bull riding event by calling or texting 406-595-5946.
