Havre Police Department

Jacob James Bouer of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and violation of conditions of release at the police station Tuesday at 8 a.m. in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show.

A caller at a First Street business reported a broken window Tuesday at 10:45 a.m.

--

Kiana Lee Roastingstick of Box Elder, 18, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue Tuesday at 1:08 p.m.

An officer initiated an investigation in relation to a vehicle stop Wednesday at 3:19 p.m. on Eighth Street.

--

An arrest was made during a vehicle stop Wednesday at 4:28 p.m. on Third Avenue, but no details were provided on the arrest.

--

Alan Patrick Romero of Havre, 56, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Wednesday at 5:10 p.m.

--

Two summonses were issued during a vehicle stop in the alley between Third and Fourth streets at 10:24 p.m. Wednesday. No details were provided on the summonses.

Leanndra Foursouls of Havre, 21, was arrested on a charge of "other" after a Second Street caller reported a disturbance in progress Wednesday at 11:01 p.m.

Officers also dealt with several fireworks complaints, as well as reports of both found and lost dogs.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Adrian James Roastingstick of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of driving without insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on two Justice or City court warrants on U.S. Highway 87 Wednesday at 1:06 a.m.

Tucker Joseph Loftus of Havre, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served Wednesday at 4:26 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Paige Sheree Sutherland of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City court and Jerel Todd Coffee of Box Elder, 28, was issued a summons on charge of driving with an expired registration and driving without insurance, during a vehicle stop on Main Street in Box Elder Wednesday at 9:20 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and three Wednesday.

Firefighters were responded to a 5:18 p.m. Tuesday call on the 900 Block of 14th Street, a 10:47 p.m. Tuesday call on the 800 Block of County Road 807 SE and a 3:21 a.m. call today on the 500 Block of 14th Street West. No one was available to provide details on the fires.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," four medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat, one male short-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 13-week-old female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever cross, an 8-month-old male golden retriever, a 1-year-7-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 3-year-old female lhasa apso, a 23-week-old female hound-Labrador retriever cross, a 23-week-old male Australian shepherd and a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever.
