Havre Police Department

Clintessa Beth Williamson of Harlem, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a 10th Street West caller asked Monday at 11:39 a.m. to have a man removed.

A vehicle crash between a GMC 2500 and a Dodge Charger was reported Monday at 12:53 p.m. on Smithville Road.

Crystal Lee Habeger of Havre, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Fourth Street caller reported seeing a woman with a warrant Monday at 1:47 p.m.

A caller at a First Street West establishment reported Monday at 4:10 p.m. a child who had been sitting for a while in a running vehicle.

A summons was issued after a caller reported a young child playing in her yard Monday at 4:45 p.m. No information was provided on the summons.

--

Someone reported three people in a car drove up and tried to get into the caller's vehicle on Boulevard Avenue Monday at 8:04 p.m.

Elizabeth Delynn Wardell of Havre, 31, was issued a summons on charges of reckless driving and driving without insurance after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 9:12 p.m. a driver almost ran into a child.

Sandi Hamilton Azure of Havre, 41, was issued a summons Monday at 9:12 p.m. for dog at large on Second Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud reported in Gildford Monday at 9:20 a.m.

Mercedes Rose McDowell of Havre, 23, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and Mikayla Elizabeth Magnussen of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies assisted Rocky Boy Police Department at the Hill County-Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation line this morning at 12:41. Another arrest was made, but no information was provided on that.

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," four medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat, one male short-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 13-week-old female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever cross, a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 23-week-old female hound-Labrador retriever cross, a 23-week-old male Australian shepherd and a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever.
