Officers investigated a complaint of a a sexual or violent offender registry violation at the police department Thursday at 8:11 a.m.

Russell Clifford Cooper of Havre, 48, was arrested on charges of trespass and disorderly conduct after a complaint was made at a Third Street business establishment Thursday at 8:31 a.m.

Officers investigated after a report of a noninjury vehicle crash near a Washington Avenue business Thursday at 10:39 a.m.

Officers responded to a report of a possible found stolen vehicle at the courthouse Thursday at 1:49 p.m.

--

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after a privacy in communications complaint at the police department Thursday at 2:37 p.m.

Officers responded to a call from the Fort Belknap police department about checking if a vehicle behind a U.S. Highway 2 business is a possible stolen vehicle out of Hays, Thursday at 2:43 p.m.

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after a caller reported two teenagers making out in the park at Hidden Valley Park Thursday at 2:44 p.m.

Officers investigated a report from a woman who said she kicked her boyfriend out and he shoved her, causing her to fall down some stairs, and took the car om First Street North East Thursday at 5:09 p.m.

Kevin Dean Trumble Jr of Shelby, 26, was arrested on charges of assault, partner or family member assault, and possession of dangerous drugs, Kevin Dean Trumble of Havre, 49 was issued a summons on violation of conditions of release and possession of dangerous drugs and Codie Darwin Nalder of Havre, 24, was issued a summons on possession of dangerous drugs and assault after a caller reported a father beat up his son on Fourth Street Thursday at 6:41 p.m.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on possession of drug paraphernalia after a drug offense was investigated at a First Street business Thursday at 9:05 p.m.

Bryan Joseph LaMere of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after two reports of disturbance on Fifth Street and 10th Avenue Thursday at 10:28 p.m. and 10:31 p.m.

Jamie Dawn The Boy of Havre, 41, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a caller reported they had a tip on the location of a person with warrants this morning at 12:07.

--

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after a suspicious activity report of a male standing outside the caller's front door this morning at 4:40.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies issued a written or verbal warning to the driver of a white GMC Jummy with obstructed plate on Old Post Road Thursday at 7:51 a.m.

Deputies investigated a complaint at the sheriff's office after a person came in requesting to speak to a deputy Thursday at 2:48 p.m.

Cynthia Tsosie of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting at a U.S. Highway 2 business Thursday at 3:11 p.m.

Kyle Lee LaMere of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and three Justice or City court warrants after deputies went to serve a warrant on the 600 Block of First Street West Thursday at 7:47 p.m.

Deputies investigated a complaint after a person on U.S. Highway 2 wanted to speak with a deputy Thursday at 9:04 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," four medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat, one male short-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 12-week-old female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever cross, a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 22-week-old female hound-Labrador retriever cross, a 22-week-old male Australian shepherd and a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever.
