1. Resolution No. 3779 - A Resolution Affirming Active Participation in the Bear Paw Economic Development District.

2. Ordinance No. 905 (first reading) – AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5, CHAPTER 3, LICENSE FEES.

3. Collective Bargaining Agreement with Local 601, International Association of Firefighters Ratification of Insurance Modification.

4. Approval of the FAA agreement to transfer entitlements.

5. Approve Task Order #3 for Professional Services to Complete Phase II of Airport Renovation.

6. Request from Independence Bank to close 3rd Street from 5th Avenue to Drive-up exit from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on August 3 for a Community Appreciation Barbeque.

7. Consideration of Finance Committee recommendation of the civil legal services bids.

8. Consideration of Finance Committee recommendation of the prosecutor bid.

9. Approval of June claims and manual warrants.
