Havre Police Department

Keenan Lewis Doney of Havre, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City Court warrant Wednesday at 8:32 a.m. at First Street and Second Avenue.

A First Street West business caller reported Wednesday at 8:33 a.m. a customer left without paying for gas.

Stolen laptop items were reported by an 11th Street caller Wednesday at 12:16 p.m.

Leslie Ray Bender of Havre, 70, was issued a summons on a charge of failing to stop for traffic at a control signal Wednesday at Washington Avenue after a caller reported a man had driven through road blocks.

Officers provided assistance after an officer at Fort Belknap asked Havre police at 1:45 p.m Wednesday to check on a woman on Second Street.

--

An officer was flagged down on Second Street Wednesday at 2:20 p.m. by a woman who reported a vandalism.

--

An officer initiated an investigation during a vehicle stop on First Street Wednesday at 2:45 p.m.

--

A caller at the Child Abuse Hotline at 5:28 p.m. Wednesday reported a sex offense.

--

Officers provided assistance after a Rocky Boy official asked Wednesday at 6:55 p.m. on 13th Street for help locating a woman.

--

A Boulevard Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 7:43 p.m. a push mower had been stolen from his yard the previous night.

--

Wednesday at 7:55 p.m. a black and gray BMX bike was reported stolen by a Second Street caller.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and violation of conditions of release at 12:54 a.m. today at 15th Avenue and First Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Marissa Lea Gardipee of Rocky Boy, 41, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants after Rocky Boy Police Department reported a woman with warrants near the school in Box Elder at 12:16 p.m. Wednesday.

A caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported Wednesday at 8:34 p.m. receiving threatening messages from a boyfriend.

--

Sybil Cochran Allen of Havre, 40, was issued a summons on a charge of theft after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller reported a disturbance Wednesday at 8:46 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," four medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat, one male short-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 12-week-old female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever cross, a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 22-week-old female hound-Labrador retriever cross, a 22-week-old male Australian shepherd and a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever.
