Lance Udell Stump of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt at the police station Friday at 9:15 a.m. in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A caller on Fifth Avenue reported Friday at 9:42 a.m. a vehicle had been broken into.

--

Catherine Autumn St. Marks of Havre, 38, was issued a summons on a charge of theft after a caller at a Washington Avenue business Friday at 4:10 p.m. reported stolen clothes.

Harry Bruno Azure of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of assault; a 16-year-old was arrested on charges of minor in possession and assault; Raymond Joseph Brown Jr. of Poplar, 18, was arrested on charges of MIP and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; and Brandon Tyson Walla of Poplar, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of MIP, after a caller on Second Street reported Friday at 7:50 p.m. five young men got out of a blue Dodge pickup, beat someone up, then took off east bound.

A caller at a First Street business reported Friday at 9:08 p.m. that a man tried stealing coffee.

Friday at 11:23 p.m., a caller on 15th Avenue reported a disturbance.

A 12:51 a.m. Saturday caller reported at Northern Montana Hospital a woman was assaulted in a vehicle.

--

A 15-year-old was arrested on MIP and juvenile curfew violations after a Second Avenue caller reported her son was not home.

--

A caller reported Saturday at 7:58 a.m. a Chevrolet Impala struck a pole in a parking lot and the driver was injured.

Catherine Autumn St. Marks of Havre, 38, was issued a summons on a charge of theft during a vehicle stop in front of Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 1:52 p.m.

A Havre area caller asked officers for assistance Saturday at 10:22 p.m.

Marvin O'Neal Williams of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on charges of MIP and social host violation and five other people were each issued a summons on an MIP charge: Chase Michael Gilbert of Havre, 19; Tatum Marie Gunderson of Great Falls, 19; Seth Keenan Omsberg of Cut Bank, 19; Trinity Joe Leeds of Havre, 20, and Paige Alexis Donegan of Jackson, New Jersey, 19, after a 10th Street caller reported a loud party with, possibly, juveniles at 11:12 p.m. Saturday.

Audrey Rose Demontiney of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on charges of trespass to vehicles and vandalism after callers on Boulevard Avenue reported Sunday at 12:41 a.m. glass on the road, a vehicle in the middle of the road and a woman "with messed up hair" yelling.

Marea Jade Redhouse of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of false reports to law enforcement authorities and on a Justice of City court warrant after she called officers Sunday at 1:46 a.m. to report an uncontrollably drunk man.

A Third Street caller reported a bike found Sunday at 8:05 a.m. along side his house.

--

A McKinley Avenue caller reported Sunday at 9:23 a.m. two vehicles had been egged.

Joshua James Arkinson of Havre, 33, was arrested on a probation violation after an unknown caller at a Ninth Avenue business made a 911 call and then hung up at 10:31 a.m. Sunday.

Someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 10:35 a.m. to report child neglect.

--

Jessica Ann Eder of Wolf Point, 36, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and disorderly conduct, after a First Street caller reported Sunday at 12:14 p.m. a drunk woman who would not leave the caller's yard.

A Havre area caller asked to speak with an officer Sunday at 5:42 p.m. about her juvenile daughter.

--

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of MIP and social host violation; Samantha Bea Huston of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on charges of MIP and endangering the welfare of children, and a 17-year-old and a 14-year-old were each issued a summons on an MIP charge after a Fifth Street caller reported noise and a large backyard campfire at 2:06 this morning.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Landon Douglas Swanson of Great Falls, 33, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Friday at 11:23 a.m. at the detention center.

Jacob Cole Crebs of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after a 12:47 p.m. transport from Rocky Boy Police Department to the detention center Friday.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter Friday at 3:53 p.m.

--

A Second Avenue Southwest caller reported plates stolen off a vehicle Friday at 5:29 p.m.

--

Friday at 9:11 p.m. a Fourth Avenue caller reported the neighbor's dogs are fighting.

--

Kate Alanna Lambourne of Havre, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the detention center Saturday at 2:42 p.m.

--

Deputies were called for assistance Saturday at 9:55 p.m. at Camper Baseball Field in Rudyard.

--

A caller north of Inverness reported Sunday at 8:23 p.m. a safe had been broken open, but nothing taken.

--

Jordan James Normandy of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia after a northside area caller reported a stolen Xbox at 12:14 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, two calls Saturday, four calls Sunday and one call this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," four medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning an 12-week-old female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever cross, a 6-month-old male American Staffordshire terrier, a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 21-week-old female hound-Labrador retriever cross, a 22-week-old male Australian shepherd and a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever.

Births

A boy was born Saturday, June 23, 2018, to Tabitha and Andy Waldner of Havre.
