Obituary - Roberta Lynn "Bobbi" (Gilham) Adams

Roberta Lynn "Bobbi" (Gilham) Adams, age 67, entered into the loving arms of God The Creator on Sunday, June 17, 2018.

Bobbi was born October 7, 1950, in Browning, MT, to Jewel Audrey (Salois) and Daniel Lloyd Gilham Sr.

She was educated at Browning High, Haskell and Billings College of Business. Bobbi worked for the Indian Health Service and retired after 28 years.

On December 19, 1970, she married Maurice Gail Adams to which they celebrated 47 years together.

Surviving are her husband, Gail; sons, Robert (Iris) and Daniel "D.J." (Heather) Adams; daughter, Melinda (Brian) Hammett; sisters Linda (Tony) Babcock, Paula (Jerry) Slyker, Stacey (Mark) Keller and Shonnie Gilham; brothers Ronald (Janice) Gilham, Greg (Leslie) Gilham and Clarence (Kathy) Gilham; grandchildren Seth and Damon Adams, Lance Cpl. Deion Hammett, Tyus Julius (Julia) and Eewuse Hammett, Nathan Wiedow and grand-daughter Savannah Adams; adopted daughters Annette (JoJo) Wise and Blanche (Jason) Waggoner; in-laws Jacquie Gilham, Louis Clayborn, Neil (DeeDa) Adams, Francis "Cutt" Adams, Mary (Frank) Adams, Mel Doney and Nancy (George) Boushie; Godchildren Amanda (Slyker) Stamm, Misty (Keller) Salois, Ronald Gilham, John and Taylor First Raised.

Preceding in death are parents, Dan and Jewel; siblings Elaine Clayborn, Colleen Gilham and Daniel Gilham Jr.

Services were held in Fort Belknap/Harlem Communities with graveside services and internment in Browning, MT, on June 23.

Bobbi's family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the medical staff at Fort Belknap and at the Billings Clinic and Health Center - especially Drs. Pflug, Trostel and Lei for their care, help and support.
