Havre Police Department

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting, minor in possession and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; a 16-year-old and a 14-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting; and a 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting and driving without a driver's license, after a caller at a First Street West business reported Thursday at 6:07 a.m. two boys in hoodies took alcoholic beverages and left in a gray pontiac.

A caller on 14th Street reported a silver pickup ran into a sign and a tree at Sunnyside School Thursday at 9:16 a.m.

A Lincoln Avenue caller reported Thursday at 10:54 a.m. that two bikes had been stolen. One was left in the alley and the other was still missing.

Anthony Azzio Moreni of Harlem, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of speeding and failing to carry proof of insurance, during a vehicle stop on 11th Street West Thursday at 11:09 a.m.

Thursday at 1:18 p.m. a Wilson Avenue caller reported an unauthorized Verizon account opening in her name.

A caller at the Montana State University-Northern campus reported Thursday at 3:15 p.m. finding a marijuana pipe in a bag.

The driver of a maroon and gray Ford SUV was reported at 10:02 p.m. Thursday to have driven away from a First Street business at 7:20 p.m. without paying for gas.

Kendra Ann Todd of Havre, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on First Street at 2:17 this morning.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Abdirizak D. Mohamed of Dodson, 27, was arrested on a charge of violation od a protective order, after a deputy investigated suspicious activity at a Box Elder establishment Thursday at 1:51 p.m.

A caller on Beaver Creek Road reported a man and a woman having a physical fight in a dark blue Chevrolet Malibu Thursday at 5:05 p.m.

Deputies investigated suspicious activity at Hill County Detention Center at 12:53 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday, and firefighters responded to a gas odor call that turned out to be a false alarm on the 10 Block of 19th Avenue West.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats and one long-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," five medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning an 11-week-old female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever cross, a 6-month-old male American Staffordshire terrier, a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 4-year-2-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 21-week-old female hound-Labrador retriever cross, a 26-week-old female Labrador retriever-St. Bernard cross, a 21-week-old male Australian shepherd and a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever.
