Oscar Kolob Garcia-Castorena of Provo, Utah, 39, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at Willow Creek Port of Entry at 1:13 p.m. Wednesday.

John Glenn Stratton of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of obstructing justice after he and another caller reported a disturbance on 11th Street North at 8:01 p.m. Wednesday.

A caller reported stolen keys Wednesday at 8:11 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West.

A caller on Main Street South in Rudyard reported Wednesday at 10:34 p.m. a relative had pointed a gun at her then shot rounds in the air.
Havre Fire Department
Firefighters responded to alarms on 20th Street at 2 and 3 p.m. Wednesday that both turned out to be broken sprinkler lines.
Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats and one long-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," five medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning an 11-week-old female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever cross, a 26-week-old male American Staffordshire terrier, a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 4-year-2-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 21-week-old female hound-Labrador retriever cross, a 26-week-old female Labrador retriever-St. Bernard cross, a 21-week-old male Australian shepherd and a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever.
