Havre Police Department

Kim Allen Norquay Sr. of Hays, 59, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and open container violation after a caller at a First Street West facility reported an intoxicated man Tuesday at 8:08 a.m.

Nicholas Randall Boumans of Valier, 19, was issued a summons on charges of failing to back safely and failing to give notice of accident after a caller at a First Street business reported a hit-and-run crash Tuesday at 11:19 a.m.

Ruth Lydia Reyes of Havre, 49, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants served near the viaduct Tuesday at 2:22 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Vincent Mark Alcorn of Chinook, 46, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 11:47 a.m.

Sheldon Jae Oats of Box Elder, 50, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and Elena Garcia of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on Main Street in Box Elder Tuesday at 9:21 p.m.

Austin Ray Whitford of Box Elder, 29, and Theron Jade Wright of Box Elder, 29, were each arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on Main Street in Box Elder at 1:51 this morning.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three call Tuesday and one this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats and one long-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," four medium-hair male cats and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning an 11-week-old female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever cross, a 26-week-old male American Staffordshire terrier, a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 4-year-2-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 21-week-old female hound-Labrador retriever cross, a 26-week-old female Labrador retriever-St. Bernard cross and a 21-week-old male Australian shepherd.
