A caller at a Fifth Avenue facility reported a vehicle break-in Monday at 10:06 a.m.

A caller at another Fifth Avenue facility reported a vehicle break-in Monday at 11:02 a.m.

Anthonio Uriah Valdez of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of violation of conditions of release Monday at 11:07 a.m. on 10th Street.

Roger Thomas Gruber of Havre, 54, was issued a summons at the landfill Monday at 2 p.m. on a charge of garbage littering.

James Graham Kelley of St. Paul, Minnesota, 51, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and trespass to property after an Amtrak representative requested assistance Monday at 2:04 p.m. removing a man from the train.

Lawrence Kapualikai Duque of Havre, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served to him at the Amrak station Monday at 3:02 p.m.

Monday at 6:16 p.m. a Fifth Street caller reported a missing juvenile.

——

A Third Avenue caller reported Monday at 8:02 p.m. her phone was stolen by a man.

——

Noah Jeffrey Brown of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of theft after an 11th Street caller reported Monday at 9:27 p.m. someone had stolen from his debit card.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

James Graham Kelley of St. Paul, Minnesota, 51, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 4:55 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday and three calls this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as “unknown,” four medium-hair male cats and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning an 11-week-old female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever cross, a 26-week-old male American Staffordshire terrier, a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 4-year-2-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 21-week-old female hound-Labrador retriever cross and a 21-week-old male Australian shepherd.

A girl was born Thursday, May 24, 2018, to Sarah and Jared Boyce of Havre.
