Gov. Steve Bullock appointed Havreite Eleazer Resurreccion, Ph.D., to the Water and Wastewater Advisory Council.

Resurreccion is an assistant professor for Civil Engineering Technology at Montana State University-Northern and a researcher in its Advamced Fuels Center.

His position on the board is as faculty of a university or college whose major field is related to water supply systems, wastewater treatment, chemical or civil engineering, chemistry or bacteriology.
