A caller reported Wednesday at 1:23 p.m. a vehicle running through barricades at Boulevard Avenue and 12th Street West.

Joshua Daniel Kaupang of Havre, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at Justice Court reported Wednesday at 2:40 p.m. a man with a warrant at the court.

A caller reported Wednesday at 8:45 p.m. a bike stolen from a Washington Avenue address.

Vincent Lawrence Denny of Havre, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant on First Street at 2:43 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller at Beaver Creek Reservoir reported a theft, forgery or fraud Wednesday at 1:22 p.m.

Michael Joseph Welch of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on the charge of trespass to property after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a trespasser Wednesday at 2:43 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday and three calls early today.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," three medium-hair male cats and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 25-week-old male American Staffordshire terrier, a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 4-year-2-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-1-month-old female border terrier-terrier cross and a 20-week-old male Australian shepherd.
