Havre Police Department

Jacob James Bauer of Havre, 35, was issued a summons at the police station Monday at 8:51 a.m. on charges of criminal contempt, revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and violation of conditions of release in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A noninjury vehicle crash on Sixth Avenue was reported Monday at 11:10 a.m.

Monday at 11:51 a.m. a caller at a Third Street business reported a "loss of inventory."

Benjamin James Kaval of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and probation violation after three callers reported Monday at 8:44 p.m. a disturbance between a man and a woman on Second Street.

Wendy October Wolfe of Havre, 43, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a First Street establishment asked Monday at 10:45 p.m. to have a woman removed from the location.

Kyla Ashley Valdez of Havre, 18, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants at 1:04 a.m. today at the detention center after Blaine County Sheriff's Office called to say they were bringing in a woman with warrants.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 16th Street Northeast caller requested assistance Monday at 5:01 p.m. getting her husband removed because he had been drinking.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday and two early today.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm at 5:05 p.m. on the 800 Block of Fourth Street and subsequent investigation found that the alarm activation was unintentional.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held three medium-hair cats with sex listed as "unknown," three medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 25-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-2-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-1-month-old female border terrier-terrier cross and a 20-week-old male Australian shepherd.
