Havre Police Department

Wesley Alan Main Jr. of Harlem, 33, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a 12th Avenue caller reported Friday at 2:01 p.m. that some tried to break in.

A caller at a First Street West business reported Friday at 2:38 p.m. that a pickup truck pulling a trailer with a house boat bottomed out and tore up the pavement.

Officers investigated a 2:50 p.m. Friday of a domestic disturbance in progress on Fifth Avenue. A 3:58 p.m. call reported that a boy came back to the house connected to the disturbance.

Larae Danita Hughes of Havre, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served on First Street Friday at 6:07 p.m.

An officer initiated an investigation of a possible theft at a First Street business Friday at 6:33 p.m.

——

Teresa Angel Jiron of Havre, 23, was arrested on a charge of contempts for which a justice of the peace may punish after probation and parole requested assistance on Thompson Street Friday at 9:02 p.m.

Zakary Kenneth Canning of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of assault and resisting arrest after a caller at a First Street establishment reported Saturday at 1:47 a.m. two men fighting in the parking lot.

Timothy Shawn Anderson of Havre, 28, was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license during a vehicle stop on 11th Street West Saturday at 9:06 a.m.

Officers were called Saturday at 10:09 a.m. to investigate an assault reported at a First Street West business.

——

A caller on Second Street reported Saturday at 1:22 p.m. that windows were broken out of a car.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of failing to carry proof of insurance and driving without a driver’s license, and Jordan Miles Hobson of Havre, 26, was issued a summons on a charge of permitting an unauthorized minor to drive, during a vehicle stop in the alley between First and Second streets Saturday at 4:48 p.m.

Lance Udell Stump of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of driving without a valid driver’s license, during a vehicle stop on Second Street Saturday at 7:14 p.m.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia charges after a 10th Street caller reported Sunday at 3:26 a.m. hearing music and slamming doors since 1 a.m.

Officers issued a summons after a caller reported Sunday at 9:39 a.m. someone at a First Street business who was violating conditions of release. No information on the summons was provided.

A two-vehicle, noninjury crash was reported Sunday at 1:43 p.m.

Andrew James Whitemountain of Havre, 44, was arrested on charges of partner or family member aggravated assault, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and resisting. A report of a domestic disturbance was made at 2:19 a.m. today from the emergency room and a summons was issued on the PFMA and aggravated assault charges. Whitemountain was arrested on all the charges at 4:42 a.m. at the police station.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Anthony Garren Azure of Havre, 19, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at Hil County Detention Center at 2:27 p.m. Friday.

Deputies investigated a disturbance reported in Box Elder Friday at 9:22 p.m.

——

Two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old, all from Kalispell were each issued a summons on a shoplifting charge investigated at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Saturday at 1:51 p.m.

An arrest on a warrant was made at the detention center Saturday at 3:54 p.m., but no details were provided on the charges.

A woman reported at the detention center Saturday at 6:39 p.m. her car was stolen.

——

Two summonses were issued in relation to a report from a U.S. Highway 2 West business Saturday at 7:29 p.m. that a man’s bike was stolen.

Jesse Shane Valdez of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on charges of violation of conditions of release and assault after a 1:28 a.m. Sunday caller from Bitterroot trailer court reported his wife was assaulted.

A First Street Southeast caller in Box Elder reported Sunday at 8:25 p.m. their dog bit a child.

——

An arrest was made Sunday at 9:15 p.m. after a caller at a Box Elder establishment asked to have a belligerent woman removed.

——

Deputies investigated a Second Avenue Northwest in Box Elder call at 2:29 a.m. today because the call sounded as if a struggle was happening in the background, but no one was speaking.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, two Saturday, four Sunday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a 10:34 p.m. call from the 3200 Block of 15th Street northeast and found a short in a hot water heater that hadn’t yet caused smoke or fire.

——

A fire alarm went off Saturday at 10:55 a.m. on the 10 Block of Third Street, but it was only burned food.

——

And responders assisted police officers with a medical issue at 10:30 p.m. Saturday on the 300 Block of Sixth Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held three medium-hair cats with sex listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 25-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-2-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-1-month-old female border terrier-terrier cross, a 2-year-old female shih-tzu, a 4-year-old female dachshund-chihuahua cross and a 20-week-old male Australian shepherd.
