Lance Udell Stump of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of driving without a valid driver’s license, during a vehicle stop on Second Street Saturday at 7:14 p.m.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia charges after a 10th Street caller reported Sunday at 3:26 a.m. hearing music and slamming doors since 1 a.m.

Andrew James Whitemountain of Havre, 44, was arrested on charges of partner or family member aggravated assault, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and resisting. A report of a domestic disturbance was made at 2:19 a.m. today from the emergency room and a summons was issued on the PFMA and aggravated assault charges. Whitemountain was arrested on all the charges at 4:42 a.m. at the police station.
Hill County Sheriff’s Office
Anthony Garren Azure of Havre, 19, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at Hil County Detention Center at 2:27 p.m. Friday.

Two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old, all from Kalispell were each issued a summons on a shoplifting charge investigated at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Saturday at 1:51 p.m.

Deputies investigated a Second Avenue Northwest in Box Elder call at 2:29 a.m. today because the call sounded as if a struggle was happening in the background, but no one was speaking.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, two Saturday, four Sunday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a 10:34 p.m. call from the 3200 Block of 15th Street northeast and found a short in a hot water heater that hadn’t yet caused smoke or fire.

A fire alarm went off Saturday at 10:55 a.m. on the 10 Block of Third Street, but it was only burned food.
——
And responders assisted police officers with a medical issue at 10:30 p.m. Saturday on the 300 Block of Sixth Street.
Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the shelter held three medium-hair cats with sex listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 25-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-2-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-1-month-old female border terrier-terrier cross, a 2-year-old female shih-tzu, a 4-year-old female dachshund-chihuahua cross and a 20-week-old male Australian shepherd.
