Havre Police Department

Nathaniel Isaac Windyboy, 36, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on First Street Monday at 10:41 a.m.

A caller at a First Street establishment reported a stolen phone Monday at 11:42 a.m.

--

A Havre City Hall caller reported at 3:02 p.m. Monday that someone had failed to pay their water bill.

--

Monday at 3:21 p.m., a caller reported a noninjury vehicle crash involving a Camry and a Cherokee on Second Avenue.

--

A caller reported Monday at 3:47 p.m. someone had thrown a power-steering pump through a pickup window.

Elizabeth Ashley Hartzell of Havre, 28, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after several Fourth Avenue callers reported Monday at 10:07 p.m. what sounded like three or four people arguing on the street. Officers found that a woman was saying she was attacked by a neighbor and the neighbor was saying the woman attacked his mother.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were called Monday at 1:53 p.m. to provide assistance on U.S. Highway 87.

Harold Patrick Mitchell of Box Elder, 38, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and one state District Court warrant during a vehicle stop at Main Street and First Avenue in Box Elder Monday at 8:36 p.m.

Shawn Lee Denny of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and Fabian Joel Saddler Jr. was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after deputies were called at 2:31 this morning to assist another agency in front of Box Elder School.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday, and firefighters responded to a good intent call on the 200 Block of Fifth Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats with sex listed as "unknown," three medium-hair male cats and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 24-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-1-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 1-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, a 1-year-old male chihuahua and a 19-week-old male Australian shepherd.

A boy was born Sunday, June 3, 2018, to Irene Denny and Andrew Windy Boy Jr. of Box Elder.

A boy was born Monday, June 4, 2018, to Candice and Casey Delaney of Havre.
