Havre Police Department

Eusebio Barron McGillis of Havre, 35, and Elizabeth Joyanna Vernwald of Havre, 26, were each issued a summons on a charge of theft of labor or services or use of property after a Friday 9:50 a.m. caller from a 9th Avenue business reported an unpaid bill of $450.

A no contact order violation was reported Friday at 1:37 p.m. at the police station.

Jared Ray Lamere-MacDonald of Havre, 21, was arrested on a theft charge after a First Street Northeast caller reported Friday at 4:18 p.m. a woman had stolen a phone.

A caller at a Havre shipping company reported Friday at 6 p.m. a package that might contain drugs.

Cody Curtis Donoven of Havre, 30, was issued a summons Friday at 7:22 p.m. at the police station on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Shane Miles Ironmaker of Havre, 31, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a Friday 8:31 p.m. report of a man leaving the scene of a disturbance on Hidden Valley Drive prompted a vehicle check on Eighth Street at 8:35 p.m.

Esequeil Pepe Velasquez of Havre, 40, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and violations of conditions of release, and Nikkita Marie Denny of Box Elder, 19, was issued a summons on a minor in possession charge after a Second Street business caller’s 10:56 p.m. complaint Friday of people yelling in a white Camaro and pulling out onto the street prompted a vehicle stop on Second Street at 10:58 p.m.

Four summonses were issued during an officer’s investigation of suspicious activity off Fourth Street Saturday at 3:20 a.m. No information was provided about the summonses.

Ryan Patrick Eagan of Jamestown, New York, 22, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container in the city after a First Street West business caller reported Saturday at 5:15 a.m. a man passed out in the hallway.

Kenneth Lee Looksbehind of Box Elder, 48, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and revocation of a suspended or deferred sentence after a caller at a First Street business reported Saturday at 3:05 p.m. a man had been physically fighting with someone outside and was, at the time of the call, being verbally disruptive.

John Joseph Bear Jr. of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a Saturday 3:32 p.m. request from a First Street business owner to have officers review surveillance footage of a possible theft.

Jonathan Michael Corcoran of Great Falls, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after shoplifters were reported at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business Saturday at 3:38 p.m.

A woman turned in at the police station a wallet found in a bank lobby Saturday at 3:52 p.m.

A noninjury vehicle crash was reported Saturday at 4:58 p.m. on First Street.

Cyprienne Frances Guardipee of Dodson, 18, was issued a summons on an MIP charge after an officer investigated suspicious activity at Eighth Street and Third Avenue Sunday at 12:25 a.m.

Craig Lee Belcourt of Box Elder, 40, was arrest on charges of disorderly conduct and open container after a Second Street caller reported Sunday at 2:38 a.m. a man was beating on his door trying to get into the house.

Douglas A. Partain of Saint Louis, Illinois, 49, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a man screaming profanity Sunday at 2:56 a.m. Sunday.

Falcon Meyers of Havre, 22, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a Third Street caller reported Sunday at 6:15 p.m. a man and woman had been outside yelling at each other then the man locked the woman and child out of the house.

Jeremie Daniel Brandon of Havre, 41, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer gave assistance to another agency on First Street at 1:55 a.m. today.

An officer initiated investigation men walking on First Street this morning at 2:19 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Joseph Raymond Moore of Box Elder, 25, and Joseph Tyler Henderson of Havre, 25, were each arrested on state District Court warrants at the detention center Friday at 3:46 p.m.

A Third Avenue caller requested a welfare check at 3:55 p.m. Friday.

——

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a juvenile shoplifter Friday at 9:38 p.m.

A Sunday 2:43 a.m. caller reported a man lying along the road and jumping out at vehicles on U.S. Highway 87.

Patrick Charles Ziemann of Havre, 56, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on First Street Sunday at 4:01 p.m.

Aryn K.C. Gardipee of Box Elder, 18, was arrested on charges of DUI, under 21, and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license while deputies were assisting another agency at 2:22 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, three calls Saturday and six Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats with sex listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair male cats and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 24-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-1-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 1-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, a 19-week-old male Australian shepherd and a 26-week-old female Labrador retriever.

A girl was born Thursday May 31, 2018, to Johnnie Raining Bird and George Henderson Jr. of Box Elder and Rocky Boy.
