Cottonwood building reserve levy still fails after recount

A recount of a tied vote for a building reserve fund levy for Cottonwood Schools came out with the vote still tied, 42 in favor and 42 opposed.

With the recount, the levy fails.

Voters also voted down an increase for Cottonwood schools general fund levy, with 38 votes in favor and 48 votes opposed.
