Havre Police Department

A 15-year-old was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation after a 10th Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 7:51 a.m. having trouble with a family member.

A vehicle crash between a pickup and car was reported on Third Avenue Wednesday at noon.

——

An arrest was made after a Third Avenue caller requested Wednesday at 6:31 p.m. to have a woman removed from her property. No details were provided on the arrest.

Janna Lea Chavez of Havre, 53, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and possession of dangerous drugs after a caller at a First Street business reported a woman acting strangely Wednesday at 7:50 p.m.

Anthony Garren Azure or Havre, 19, was arrested on a probation violation charge and three Justice or City court warrants after a caller near Carpenter Park complained of noise at 12:52 a.m. today.

Keenan Lewis Doney of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of trespass to property, disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after a man was reported today at 2:39 a.m. intoxicated and passed out at the No. 6 BNSF Railway building.

Brittney A. Bradley of Havre, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity on Boulevard Avenue this morning at 5:08.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Martha Lorene Champagne of Rocky Boy, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 10:58 a.m.

Sarah Michelle Pullin of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on a shoplifting charge and two Justice or City court warrants after a shoplifter was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Wednesday at 5:59 p.m.

Deputies investigated a report of marijuana found at intake at the detention center Wednesday at 9:53 p.m.

Anthony Garren Azure of Havre, 19, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge at 1:32 a.m. today at the detention center.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday and one Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held three medium-hair cats and one short-hair cat with sex listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair male cats, two female short-hair cats and one male short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 23-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-1-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 1-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, an 18-week-old male Australian shepherd and a 26-week-old female Labrador retriever.
