Havre Police Department

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and under age tobacco possession or consumption after a caller at Havre High School reported suspicious activity Wednesday at 8:50 a.m.

Dwight Ray Spang of Box Elder, 30, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a Second Street caller reported Wednesday at 9:32 a.m. her brother had stolen her phone.

Ronald Dale Stump of Box Elder, 30, was issued a summons on a charge of theft and on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street business reported at 2:11 p.m. Wednesday that a man had taken two 24-packs of beer.

A Second Street caller reported a window knocked out of a vehicle Wednesday at 3:36 p.m.

——

A caller asked officers Wednesday at 3:40 p.m. to check on a woman and baby on 10th Street West.

An arrest was made on 13th Street during an officer initiated investigation Wednesday at 4:46 p.m. No information was provided on the arrest.

Abdirizak D. Mohamed of Dodson, 27, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and violation of a no-contact order, two counts, after a Third Street caller reported a man yelling at a pregnant woman Wednesday at 5:11 p.m.

William Joseph Williams Jr. of Havre, 32, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a caller on Ninth Avenue Northwest asked Wednesday at 7 p.m. for officer assistance in returning property.

A First Street business caller reported a gas drive-off Wednesday at 8:12 p.m.

A First Street business caller reported at 9:49 p.m. Wednesday an older woman and a teenage boy stole beer.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Richard Joel Meyers of Box Elder, 29, was arrested this morning at 12:21 on charges of driving under the influence, failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance and expired registration and on a Justice or City court warrant on Box Elder Main Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held three medium-hair cats with sex listed as “unknown,” five medium-hair female cats, three medium-hair male cats, two female short-hair cats, one female long-hair cat and a 13-week-old, medium-hair kitten of unknown gender.

The shelter also held this morning a 22-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-1-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female border terrier-terrier cross, a 1-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross and a 17-week-old male Australian shepherd.
