Informational meetings on Montana State University-Northern graduate programs are set for this week, both from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Hagener Science Center’s Room 201 at Northern.
One of the programs discussed will be the Instruction and Learning graduate program, which are delivered online with one face-to-face weekend residence, on a Saturday and Sunday, each fall and spring. The Instruction and Learning program is designed to improve instruction in people’s respective learning environments.
Counselor Education graduate program courses are delivered in face-to-face intensive weekends, Friday evenings and Saturdays. The program prepares people for school counseling licensed professional counselor positions.
A face-to-face orientation will be held on campus Aug. 25-26 before the fall semester starts.
The cohort delivery models for both programs are designed to provide affordable and accessible graduate programs.
The Instruction and Learning program model is designed allow instruction in the students’ respective learning environments.
Curtis Smeby, Ph.D., will be in attendance at the information session to meet with interested candidates. Financial Aid information will also be available at the meeting.
