Mary Stevens performs a harp solo at the Immanuel Baptist Church Dinner Concert, this year's Talent of the Hi-Line fundraiser for The Salvation Army. The event was held to raise money for emergency services provided by The Salvation Army-Havre Service Center such as eviction prevention, emergency utilities assistance, emergency prescription and medical needs, emergency lodging, emergency transportation, school supplies, Christmas assistance, referrals to other agencies, spiritual counseling, which includes aid from local churches, and budget training. It also will fund the pilot program helping people in from the courts move back into the community, the Reintegration into Society Program, or RISP.
