Havre Police Department

Ryan Lee Grant of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, during a vehicle stop on 5th Avenue Wednesday at 11:01 a.m.

James Hansen, a 44-year-old homeless man, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller reported a man yelling in the alley off Fourth Avenue Wednesday at 11:10 a.m.

Nathaniel Isaac Windyboy of Box Elder, 35, was arrested on a stalking charge after a Second Street caller asked Wednesday at 12:11 p.m. for assistance in handling an issue between a man and a woman.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

An arrest was made after deputies were called to a Box Elder establishment Wednesday at 7:36 p.m. on a report that a man was beating a woman, but no details were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday and one call Thursday.

Fire crews went on a good intent call to the 700 Block of Third Street Wednesday at 11 a.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats with sex listed as “unknown,” two medium-hair female cats, three medium-hair male cats, two female short-hair cats and one female long-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 21-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-1-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female border terrier-terrier cross, a 1-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, a 6-year-2-month-old male cocker spaniel and a 16-week-old male Australian shepherd.
