Havre Police Department

The dispatch log for Friday morning through Monday morning was not available by print deadline today.

Alejandro Richrdo Plascencia of Billings, 24, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a 10th Street West caller requested help Monday at 10:59 a.m. having a man removed.

A 13th Street West caller reported at 4:31 p.m. Monday that her mailbox had been destroyed.

A dog bite, called in by Northern Montana Hospital Monday at 9:28 p.m., was investigated.

Kelyssa Mika Main of Great Falls, 19, was arrested on charges of violating restrictions on driver’s license and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance and on a Justice or City court warrant, after a caller on First Street reported at 1:09 a.m. today that people were calling her names and threatening to call the police.

Abdirizak D. Mohamed of Seattle, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and two counts of violation of a no contact order and Chynna Rachel LaForge of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and minor in possession, after a caller at 2:21 a.m. today reported that a woman in the alley near Eighth Avenue was screaming and a man who had been on the scene was not necessarily at the location.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A caller at U.S. Highway 87 and Ninth Street West reported a domestic disturbance at 12:47 p.m. Monday.

Lloyd Daniel Henry of Box Elder, 46, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 3:55 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies gave a written or verbal warning after a Second Street Northwest caller in Rudyard reported Monday at 9:22 p.m. that a neighbor was in the yard yelling at the caller’s husband.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Monday and one this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats with sex listed as “unknown,” two medium-hair female cats, three medium-hair male cats, two female short-hair cats and one female long-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 21-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-1-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female border terrier-terrier cross, a 1-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, a 6-year-2-month old cocker spaniel, and a 16-week-old male Australian shepherd.
