1. Resolution No. 3777 – A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Havre, Montana to Amend Water Service Rates for the City of Havre.

2. Resolution No. 3778 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Havre, Montana to Reflect a Rate Increase for Wastewater (Sewer) Service for the City of Havre.

3. Approval of April Claims and Manual Warrants.

Adjourn

A public hearing on the water and sewer rate increases will start at 6:30 p.m. before the regular council meeting.

Streets and Sidewalk Committee will follow the council meeting.
