A Havre area caller reported Wednesday at 7:48 a.m. someone has been tracking him through his cellphone.

Officers were asked at 11:24 a.m. Wednesday by a 15th Street West caller to provide a civil standby at 6 p.m. in the Havre area.

A theft was reported by a Montana Avenue caller Wednesday at 12:21 p.m.

Kyndyll Kay McGarvey of Havre, 24, was issued a summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs, after a parole officer asked for assistance Wednesday at 4:23 p.m.

Officers called to investigate suspicious activity on Thompson Street Wednesday at 4:33 p.m. made an arrest, but no details were provided.

A Wednesday 4:58 p.m. caller at a Fifth Street residence reported a marijuana smell coming from an apartment.

A caller reported items missing from an 11th Avenue residence Wednesday at 5:01 p.m.

After someone flagged down officers at Sixth Street and Fifth Avenue Wednesday at 5:53 p.m. to report a northbound driver had run a red light, an arrest was made or a summons issued but no details were provided.

Two callers reported Wednesday at 7:32 p.m. that a man and a woman involved in a vehicle crash on 11th Street West were arguing over the crash.

Tanner Joseph Walker of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of aggravated burglary and assault after the incident was reported from First Street Wednesday at 8:34 a.m.

Travis Lee Rush of Havre, 29, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop on 11th Street West Wednesday at 11:04 p.m. on charges of driving without a motorcycle endorsement and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

Officers investigated what turned out to be a false burglar alarm on Fifth Avenue today at 12:25 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Michael Joseph Venezia of Box Elder, 48, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal mischief after he called deputies to First Street Southeast in Box Elder for a domestic disturbance Wednesday at 11:50 a.m.

Madison Rose Corcoran was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia during a vehicle stop on 17th Avenue West at 9:50 p.m. Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

The fire department had no calls Wednesday or early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair male cats, two medium-hair female cats and two female short-hair cats.

The shelter held this morning a 17-week-old male border collie, a 4-year-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female border terrier-terrier cross, a 1-year-2-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross and a 1-year-old male pit bull terrier.

A boy was born Monday, April 30, 2018, to Monica Montoya-Harmon and Jessey Jason Harmon Sr. of Rudyard.
