L'Tia Lawrence, Harlem Track

Harlem's L'Tia Lawrence is having a big sophomore year. First, it was an All-State nod in cross country in the fall, then an All-State season on the hardwood this winter. Now, Lawrence is starring on the track for the Wildcats. At last week's Cal Wearley Invitational, Lawrence swept the mile and two-mile races, finishing the 1,600 in 5:51.7 and the 3,200 in 12:40.2. Lawrence is one of the top distance runners on the Hi-Line, and she should be a state title contender next month.
