Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a Monday 3;44 p.m. report of a tent set up on the north side of the water tower near the cemetery.

Kyle Jay Rummel of Missoula, 29, was issued summonses Monday at 4:48 p.m. at the police department for two charges of criminal contempt in relation to 24/7 Sobriety Program violations.

Rebecca Lynne Lightfoot of Havre, 43, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after a complaint from a Second Street caller Monday at 7:37 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Nichole Ann Newbauer of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on a charge of dog running at large on an animal control call on 19th Avenue Northeast Monday at 8:36 a.m.

Rainee Raylynn Wright of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on two Justice of City court warrants during a vehicle stop on Main Street in Box Elder Monday at 8:16 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Monday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held five medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair male cats, one long-hair male cat, two medium-hair female cats, and two female short-hair cats.

The shelter held this morning a 1-year-old female dachshund-Labrador retriever cross, a 17-week-old male border collie, a 4-year-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female border terrier-terrier cross, a 4-year-old female pit bull terrier, a 7-week-old female husky-shepherd mix, a 1-year-2-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, and a 1-year-old male pit bull terrier.
