Havre Police Department

A stolen license plate was reported Friday 7:30 a.m. from First Street Northeast.

Anthony Garren Azure of Havre, 19, was issued a summons at the police department on a charge of violation of conditions of release related to the 24/7 Sobriety Program Friday at 8:03 a.m.

John Calvin Head of Havre, 61, was issued a summons on a report of vicious dog after a 17th Street West caller reported a dog bite Friday at 10:06 a.m.

A theft was reported at 12:38 p.m. Friday at a Fourth Street facility.

Fabian Joel Saddler Jr. of Rocky Boy, 19, was arrested on a charge of driving without a driver’s license, failure to carry proof of insurance, operating a vehicle with fictitious plates and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Junior Daychild of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia during a Friday 5:51 p.m. vehicle stop on Third Street.

Tammy Ann Marinkovich of Havre, 51, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release during a Friday 7:55 p.m. vehicle stop on First Street West.

A caller at 8:15 p.m. Friday reported items stolen from a house on 15th Avenue.

A Washington Avenue caller reported that five high school boys broke a basketball hoop Friday at 8:43 p.m. at Highland Park Early Primary School.

Gavin Christopher Maslen of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of minor in possession and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a disturbance was reported on Second Street at 10:38 p.m. Friday.

Don Young Topsky of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on three Justice or City court warrants by an officer conducting bar walk-throughs on First Street at 12:50 a.m. Saturday.

Officers issued a summons in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show Saturday at 8:01 a.m. at the police department. No details were provided on the summons.

A Second Street caller reported Saturday at 12:24 p.m. that someone took her car and she would like to report it stolen.

Virginia Marie McConnell of Havre, 44, was arrested on a charge of permitting an unauthorized minor to drive and a 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver’s license Saturday at 1:20 p.m.

Sh’yll Jade Parisian of Box Elder, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, Spencer Cole Russette of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, and Jacqueline Babe Gopher of Box Elder, 45, and Aaron Charles Morsette of Box Elder, 39, were each issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after an officers initiated investigation of suspicious activity Saturday at 4:56 p.m. on 11th Street West.

Michael Joseph Welch of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a charge of operating a vehicle with fictitious plates and Kierra Jean Haggerty of Great Falls, 18, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a charge of violation of conditions of release during a vehicle stop on Fourth Street Saturday at 7:58 p.m.

Sheldon Joseph Flying of Havre, 48, was issued a summons on a charge of trespass to vehicles after someone made a complaint at the police department Sunday at 12:26 a.m.

James Taylor Marshall of Havre, 57, was arrested on a charge of probation violation after a caller at a Ninth Avenue business reported Sunday at 2:03 a.m. that a man kept knocking on the door and would not leave.

Alissa Rose Randa of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault and endangering the welfare of children and Arnold Louis Red Dog of Havre, 22, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a First Street Northeast caller reported Sunday at 7:26 a.m. that an intoxicated woman was yelling and screaming.

A First Avenue caller reported at 8:16 a.m. Sunday that a woman had taken a vehicle.

A 10th Street caller reported Sunday at 10:26 a.m. that her neighbor had just called to say that a man was sitting on her front porch.

A 9th Street caller reported at 6:53 p.m. Sunday a back window of a house was kicked in.

Danny Montano of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and driving without insurance after an 8:41 p.m. vehicle stop on Second Street.

A caller reported a domestic disturbance on 14th Avenue at 3:32 a.m. today and officers issued a summons, but no details were provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Brallam Ramses Ramirez of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies were called to Road 100 South Friday at 9:59 p.m.

Holly Watson of Box Elder, 44, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after deputies were called to a U.S. Highway 87 location for assistance Saturday at 12:52 a.m.

Martha Lorene Champagne of Rocky Boy, 42, was issued a summons on charges of driving without a driver’s license and headlamp violation during a vehicle stop on main street in Box Elder Saturday at 2:01 a.m.

——

Don Young Topsky of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the detention center Saturday at 2:46 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, eight calls Saturday, three calls Sunday and three calls this morning.

Fire crews responded to a small grass fire reported on the 5000 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West at 12:03 p.m. The fire was extinguished by a passerby before personnel arrived, and no cause of the fire was reported.

——

Fire crews responded to the 400 Block of Second Avenue Saturday at 1:45 p.m. on a gas smell. Neither fire department or NorthWestern Energy crews could detect gas.

——

Fire crews were called to the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue Sunday at 9:02 p.m. to investigate a smoke smell, but no fire was found.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held five medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair male cats, one long-hair male cat, two medium-hair female cat, and two female short-hair cats.

The shelter held this morning a 1-year-old female dachshund-Labrador retriever cross, a 17-week-old male border collie, a 4-year-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female pit bull terrier, a 7-week-old female husky-shepherd mix, a 1-year-2-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, and a 1-year-old male pit bull terrier.

Births

A boy was born Friday, April 27, 2018, to Katie and Richard Houim of Havre.
