Priscilla Rae Strike of Havre, 31, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt Tuesday at 6:57 a.m. at the police station.

Rochelle Marie Hopkins of Harlem, 47, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license Tuesday at 9:05 a.m. at a First Street business after a caller reported a woman who had been sitting in the parking lot since she arrived at work.

Officers investigated a noninjury vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon at 12:12 at a First Street business.

June Marie Sutherland of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of shoplifting Tuesday during a 1:31 p.m. vehicle stop by deputies, prompted by a 1:26 p.m. report of theft at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Santana Young Stump of Laredo, 26 was arrested on charges of shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia; Kristian Drew Medicinehorse of Havre, 22, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Tianna Raelle Sutherland of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City Court warrant Tuesday at 2:28 p.m. after a caller reported a violent shoplifter at a First Street business.

Toni Marie Stump of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children and on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 6:59 p.m. on First Street Northeast after a caller reported a woman was causing a disturbance.

Officers investigated a reported hit and run Tuesday at 7:12 p.m. on Second Avenue.

Officers referred service to public works today at 3:23 a.m. after a caller reported water bubbling up from the ground at Tenth Street and Third Avenue

June Marie Sutherland, of Box Elder, 39, was arrested after a vehicle stop Tuesday at 1:31 p.m. on U.S. Highway 2 West. Charges were not listed.

Antonio Uriah Valdez of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on charges of assault on a peace officer or judicial officer Tuesday on U.S. Highway 87, after a 3:03 p.m. call reporting a man throwing beer cans at cars on U.S. Highway 2 West and a 3:08 p.m. call reporting a man in the middle of the highway.

Officers investigated Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. after a caller reported a theft from a storage unit at a U.S. Highway 2 Northeast business.

Havre Fire Department

Fire crews responded to a gas smell Tuesday at 6:23 p.m. on the 1300 Block of Second Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held four medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown,” five medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat, and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter held this morning an 11-month-old male Australian shepherd, a 1-year-old female dachshund-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 1-year-old male pit bull terrier, a 5-week-old female husky-shepherd mix, a 1-year-2-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, a 5-year-1-month-old female Australian shepherd and 5-year-old male Husky.
