Monday at 6:20 p.m. officers investigated a complaint about possible drug use at a First Street business. No further details were provided about the investigation.

Daisy Elaine Sherman of Havre, 63, was issued a summons on a charge of assault after a caller reported a woman was beating up another woman in a hallway Tuesday at 1:43 a.m. on 16th Street.

Tuesday morning at 2:29 officers issued a warning after a caller reported that a man threw a bunch of stuff around the store and then left in a silver car at a First Street business. No further details were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Officers investigated a theft Monday at 11:29 a.m. at the Bus Transit Station after a caller reported a stolen water pump. No further details were provided.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls on Monday.

This morning the shelter held four medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown,” five medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat, and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter held this morning an 11-month-old male Australian shepherd, a 1-year-old female dachshund-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 5-week-old female husky-shepherd mix, a 1-year-2-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, a 5-year-1-month-old female Australian shepherd and 5-year-old male Husky.
