North Central Senior Citizens Center, April 16-20

Monday — Transportation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Tuesday — Transportation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; bingo at 1:15 p.m.

Wednesday — Transportation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m; TOPS at 8 a.m.; cards at 1 p.m.

Thursday — Transportation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Great Falls trip at 8 a.m.

Friday — Medical transportation will be available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. but people must make a request at least 24 hours in advance.

Pinochle — First place, Lois Zinn; second place, Elva Van Desse; third place, Blanche Davis; pinochle, Lynn Ophus

Monday — French dip sandwich, macaroni salad, corn on the cob, blueberry oat bar

Tuesday — Applesauce, roast pork, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli Normandy, rolls, cake

Wednesday —Barbecue chicken, potato wedges, vegetables, coffee cake

Thursday — Brisket, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, fruit

Friday — Soup, salad bar, chef’s choice, dessert, milk

Anyone interested in playing pinochle at the Senior Center is invited to participate in the Wednesday Group. Call or drop in and check us out.

We will be holding a silent auction, which will begin next week. A drawing by Arlene Morgan entitled “The Old Buttrey Home” has been donated to the Senior Center. A picture of the drawing can be seen on the Senior’s Facebook page or you can stop down to see the drawing and put in your bid. The proceeds from this auction will go to the steam table fund we have been working so hard to replace.

AARP Smart Drivers Safety Class will be held at the Senior Center, April 16, 1-5 p.m. The fee will be $15 if you are an AARP member, and $20 if you are not. Be up to speed with the latest driving strategies, auto safety features and new state and local traffic laws! There are no driving tests or exams! And while this class is designed for drivers 50 and older, all drivers are welcome. Montana mandates insurance discounts for qualified participants. Upon completion you may be eligible to receive an auto insurance discount. Other restrictions may apply consult your insurance agent for details.
