Thursday at 9:37 a.m. a caller reported a dog bite at a hospital on 13th Street.

A 12-year-old was issued a summons on charges of runaway and curfew violations Thursday at 7:30 p.m. on Fourth Avenue

A theft was investigated Thursday at 10:37 p.m. at a Montana Avenue business after a caller reported his vehicle had been broken into.

Carmela Tonasket of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault this morning at 2:34 on 10th Avenue.

——

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving without a driver’s license, under age tobacco possession or consumption and juvenile curfew violations, and a 14-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant at 5:01 a.m. on Third Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Billie Rae Gardipee of Cut Bank, 35, was arrested on Justice or City court warrants Thursday at 11:54 a.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Officers investigated a complaint of a man riding up to the caller on an all-terrain vehicle and threatening to shoot him Thursday at 10:01 p.m. on U.S. Highway 2 Northeast.

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held four medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat, and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter held this morning a 10-month-old male Australian shepherd, a 4-year-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 1-year-2-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, a 5-year-old female Australian shepherd and 5-year-old male husky.
