Seneca Lerae Tyner of Great Falls, 40, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street business reported a disturbance Thursday at 1:54 p.m.

Justin Blaine Chiefstick of Box Elder, 37, was arrested on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence after officers were called Thursday at 2:12 p.m. to investigate a noninjury, vehicle crash on First Street West.

Officers were called Thursday at 4:14 p.m. to give assistance to someone on Sixth Avenue.

Officers were called Thursday at 6:54 p.m. to investigate a hit and run vehicle in the parking lot of a First Street West business.

Officers investigated an 8:17 p.m. Thursday report of a theft from a First Street West business.

Officers investigated a report made Thursday at 8:30 p.m. from 16th Street of a propane tank stolen off a fifth-wheel trailer.

Officers investigated a phone found on Washington Avenue Thursday at 8:57 p.m.

Shannon Leah Wing of Harlem, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of violation of conditions of release after an anonymous caller reported her in an establishment on First Street West this morning at 12:54.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

After a report was made Thursday at 8:29 a.m. about a stray dog at a U.S. Highway 2 West business, the dog was taken to the county animal shelter and an arrest made or summons issued at 8:53 a.m. No further details on the arrest or summons were provided.

Tyler Kim TheBoy of Havre, 27, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at the detention center Thursday at 11:04 a.m.

This morning the shelter held six medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown,” one medium-hair male cat, and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter held this morning a 1-year-3-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 1-year-old Affenpinscher of unknown gender, a 1-year-1-month-old male Labrador retriever-pug cross, an 8-month-old female German shepherd, a 6-year-1-month-old female Labrador retriever, a 26-week-old male German shepherd, and a 5-year-old female Australian shepherd.
