Havre climbing in All-Sports race

Thanks to an outstanding finish to the winter sports season, Havre High made a big jump in the Great Falls Tribune All-Sports Trophy race.

With a state championship in girls basketball, and a second-place finish in wrestling, Havre now has 40 points and is in ninth place overall. Havre is also just 18 points shy of Hardin for second in Class A. Billings Central will be hard to catch in the Class A race however, as the Rams have 84 points and are in second place overall.

Bozeman High once again leads the pack with 106 points and three state championships. Central also has three state titles, as does Missoula Hellgate, which is in eighth place overall.

With its state title in girls basketball, Box Elder has now scored 25 points and is nearing the Top 20, while Rocky Boy has earned 10 points in the competition. The annual Tribune All-Sports Trophy race will be settled at the conclusion of the spring sports season.
