Ryan Reeves had a phenomenal basketball career for the Montana State University-Northern Lights. And he added one more accolade to it Wednesday.
Reeves, the 6-10 senior from Wrangel, Alaska was named NAIA Honorable Mention All-American.
Reeves set records at Northern in his three seasons, including the career blocks record and blocks in a season. In his senior year, he also led the Lights with 16 points per game, nine rebounds, four blocks and two steals.
Awards are also nothing new to Reeves. He won the Frontier Conference Defensive Player of the Year Award in both 2017 and 2018, and was a First-Team All-Conference selection this season, and a two-time Frontier All-Conference performer.
