Frankie Leigh Rainingbird of Havre, 23, was arrested on a charges of driving without a driver’s license, no insurance, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs, and Guy Martin Murphy of Pablo, 37, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs after a vehicle stop on Second Avenue West Friday at 9:07 a.m.

Officers investigated a noninjury vehicle crash reported on First Street West Friday at 10:51 a.m.

Officers were called Friday at 3:22 p.m. to provide assistance to someone on Fifth Avenue.

Gabriel Delonta Harris of Havre, 27, was arrested on a charge of partner of family member assault after a caller at a First Street establishment Saturday at 12:31 a.m. reported a man dragging a woman and pushing her against a wall.

Kohl Jolen Keto of Havre, 24, was arrested on a pickup and hold order Saturday at 1:38 a.m. on First Street.

Nathan Joseph Rock of Box Elder, 31, and Memoree Rose Sunchild of Box Elder, 30, were each arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Robert Darrin Sunchild of Box Elder, 30, was issued a summons on a charge of open container in a vehicle on the highway, after an officer initiated investigation of a vehicle without registration on Second Street West Saturday at 2:32 a.m.

Officers arrested someone with an outstanding warrant in front of the police station Saturday at 3:11 a.m.

Angelo Marcus Boyd of Poplar, 28, was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller at Sixth Street and Ninth Avenue reported Saturday at 4:13 a.m. that she thought her sister was getting beat up by her boyfriend.

Winston Curley Stewart of Havre, 33, was issued a summons at the police station Saturday at 7:52 a.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

At 7:56 a.m. Saturday, officers make an arrest at the police station on a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation, but no further details were provided.

Miron Scott Michel of Box Elder, 49, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs after an officer served a warrant on 4th Street Saturday at 9:40 a.m.

Trajon Ramone Gopher of Great Falls, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the police station Saturday at 1:56 p.m.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash Saturday at 2:08 p.m. on Fifth Street.

Officers investigated a drug offense report at centralized intake at the police station Saturday at 4:27 p.m.

Officers investigated a noninjury two-vehicle crash at 4:40 p.m. Saturday on Seventh Avenue.

Alexis Rose Flansburg of Havre, 18, was issued a summons 7:36 p.m. Saturday on a charge of permitting an unauthorized minor to drive and a summons was issued to a 16-year-old on charges of speeding on a state road and driving without a driver’s license.

Paul Lee Davis Havre, 63, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license during a vehicle stop on Second Street Saturday at 10:57 p.m.

Jacob Russette of Box Elder, 18, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and minor in possession, after an officer investigated suspicious activity on First Street West Saturday at midnight.

Officers investigated a vehicle accident reported at 1:21 a.m. Sunday on 6th Street.

Justin Levi Snell of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a police officer or other public servant and Shane Tyler Awbery of Chinook, 22, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after an officer investigated suspicious activity at Second Street and 18th Avenue Sunday at 2:22 a.m.

Desarae Rose Matte of Harlem, 27, was issued a summons on a charge of obscene phone call after the issue was reported Sunday at 3:44 a.m.

Davis William Cravens of Wolf Point, 21, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a 16th Street caller reported a trespasser Sunday at 2:51 p.m.

Nicole Christine Main of Havre, 32, was arrested on a probation violation charge and John Calvin Allen of Havre, 39, was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver’s license during a motor vehicle stop on First Street West today at 12:03 a.m.

Deputies investigate a vehicle crash near the detention center on Second Street West Friday at 9:41 a.m.

Deputies investigate a report of check forgery reported from a Box Elder establishment Friday at 11:27 a.m.

Dakotarose Corrina Greshock of Havre, 23, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at the detention center Friday at 2:01 p.m.

Deputies referred to Montana Highway Patrol a three-vehicle crash in which one vehicle was on its roof, reported Saturday at 6:43 p.m. No further information was provided from MHP by deadline.

Deputies were called to assist Border Patrol near Wildhorse Port Sunday at 9:18 a.m.

A 15-year-old boy from Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a Sunday 9:46 p.m. report from U.S. Highway 87 of a physical altercation between a father and son.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Friday, four calls Saturday, four calls Sunday and one call today.

Fire crews responded to multiple calls from Morgan Hall at Montana State University-Northern that all turned out to be from a faulty fire alarm.

Fire crews responded to a report of an electrical pole fire at 8:05 p.m. along U.S. Highway 87. The fire department put the fire out and maintained watch while NorthWestern Energy crews repaired the damage.
