Officers issued a summons to Jaime Dawn The Boy of Havre, 41, on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Friday at 6:55 a.m. at the Havre Police Department.

Officers issued a summons to Alexander Dennis Eakins of Havre, 28, on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Friday at 6:56 a.m. at the Havre Police Department.

Officers arrested Sommer Ann Dodson of Havre, 36, on charges of driving under the influence, having an open container in a motor vehicle on highway, failure to produce proof of insurance and driving with a suspended driver’s license after a Second Street business caller reported Friday at 5:02 p.m. that a drunk woman was trying to get into their room.

Officers arrested James Taylor Marshall of Havre, 56, on a probation violation charge Friday at 11:51 p.m. at a First Street establishment.

Officers arrested Nathen Leroy Stuker of Havre, 28, on a Justice or City court warrant and a probation violation, after a Probation and Parole officer requested Saturday at 12:25 a.m. a walkthrough of a First Street establishment.

Officers arrested one person and issued two summonses after a 14th Avenue caller reported Saturday at 4:38 p.m. there was a black Ford Focus carrying a woman who smelled of alcohol. Ryan Lee Grant of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI and driving without a driver’s license; Raynell Lucille Clancy of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a minor in possession charges, and Alyce Julialinda Lamotte of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on a charge of having an open container.

Officers arrested Callie Jo Hardesty of Havre, 26, on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failure to yield at a controlled intersection during a motor vehicle stop Saturday at 7:44 p.m. on Fifth Avenue.

Officers assisted a citizen at a Second Street Northeast address Saturday at 10:28 p.m.

Officers arrested Patrick Ryan Schroeder of Havre, 27, on charges of violation of protective order and violation of conditions release Saturday at 10:38 p.m. on Second Street.

Officers arrested Arthur Ryan Windyboy Sr ,. of Box Elder, 40, on an endangering the welfare of children charge and a Justice or City court warrant after a 10th Street West caller reported Sunday at 11:02 a.m. that they found a toddler outside.

Officers investigated after a 16th Street West caller reported Sunday at 3:31 p.m. that mouthwash was missing from their residence.

Animal Control investigated after a Northern Montana Hospital caller reported Sunday at 11:40 p.m. that a 9-year-old was bit by a dog.

Officers arrested Brittney A Bradley of Havre, 20, on a Justice or City court warrant during a motor vehicle stop on Fourth Street today at 4:34 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies transported Darrell David Gardipee Jr. of Box Elder, 45, and Brandon Lee Weaselboy of Box Elder, 23, each on a Justice or City court warrant from Rocky Boy to the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, three calls Saturday and four calls Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 11:43 a.m. at the 400 Block of Sixth Avenue were someone reported that something smelled “hot.” An investigation revealed that everything was OK and no further action was necessary.

Fire crews responded Sunday at 10:36 a.m. at the 1200 Block of First Avenue where someone burned food and set the alarm off. The alarm was reset and no further action was necessary.

Fire crews responded Sunday at 3:43 p.m. to the 1300 Block of Jefferson where a 4-year-old pulled the alarm. The alarm was reset.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held five medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown”; and one female and two male short-hair cats.

The shelter held this morning held a 10-month-old American bulldog, a 1-year-3-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 1-year-old male Labrador retriever-pug mixed-breed, an 8-month-old pit bull-hound mix, two 2-year-old mixed breed dogs, one male, the other female, and a 6-year-old female Labrador retriever.
