Officers issued a summons on a charge of under age tobacco possession or consumption to a 14-year-old after a Havre Middle School employee reported Tuesday at 2:33 p.m. that a boy was vaping in the bathroom.

Officers investigated after a 16th Street West caller reported Tuesday at 3:22 p.m. a complaint. No further information was available.

Officers investigated after a Second Street caller reported Tuesday at 5 p.m. that someone had violated a temporary restraining order.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Curtis Pete Onco III of Box Elder, 44, was transported from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 9:20 a.m. on two state District Court warrants.

Deputies arrested Autumn Cree Alexander of Box Elder, 18, on a shoplifting charge and a Justice or City court warrant after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Tuesday at 6:51 p.m. a female shoplifter.

Deputies assisted the Rocky Boy Agency with an arrest at a U.S. Highway 87 business Tuesday at 9:53 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held five medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown”; one female and two male short-hair cats; and one female long-hair cat.

The shelter this morning held a 1-year-3-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 1-year-old male Labrador retriever-pug mixed-breed, an 8-month-old pit bull-hound mix, two male mixed breed dogs, one 2 years, the other 9-month-old, a 6-year-old female Labrador retriever, a 2-year-old Jack Russell terrier-Australian Cattle dog-blue heeler mix and a 9-week-old male chihuahua.
