Sean Henry, Rocky Boy Girls Basketball

The Rocky Boy Morning Star’s Northern B divisional championship last weekend in Cut Bank was a collective effort. The Morning Stars have star players throughout their lineup. But through all three games, senior Sean Henry made sure her presence was felt. The guard averaged 18 points per game in Rocky Boy’s three wins, with a game-high 22 points in their thrilling overtime win over Poplar in the semifinals. Henry also scored 16 in the first round and 17 in the championship game, in helping the Morning Stars advance to their first-ever Class B state tourney.

Ethan Roberts, Havre Hockey

Havre Ice Hawk Ethan Roberts has had a big season. And, he helped Havre finish strong at this weekend’s MAHA State B Tournament in Missoula. Roberts, who led Havre in goals this season, put in five of them in the Ice Hawks’ win over Great Falls in the state consolation game Saturday night. Roberts, who also excels in football and baseball, had a hat trick for the Ice Hawks before the first period was even over, as Havre crushed the Americans 10-3. Over the course of the tournament, Roberts scored eight goals for the Ice Hawks, who ended their season on a high note.
