Officers investigated after a First Street West business caller reported Monday at 10:42 a.m. that they found a license plate in the parking lot.

Officers arrested Joshua Lee Tonasket of Havre, 30, on two Justice or City court warrants Monday at 12:22 p.m. near 10th Avenue.

Officers arrested Melinda Rose Cochran of Havre, 36, on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 12:43 p.m. on 16th Street West.

Officers issued a summons to Melinda Rose Cochran of Havre, 36, on charges of criminal contempt, two counts, in relation to a drug patch violation Monday at 2:59 p.m at the Havre Police Department.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held five medium-hair cats, sex listed as “unknown”; one Siamese cat, sex listed as “unknown”; two male short-hair cats, one female long-hair cat and one female calico cat.

The shelter this morning held four 7-week-old female Rottweiler-shepherd mixed-breed puppies, a female Rottweiler-shepherd mixed-breed dog, a 9-month-old male Australian shepherd, a male Labrador retriever-pug mixed-breed dog, a male 11-month-old German shepherd, a female border collie, a female Labrador retriever and a seven-month pit bull-hound mix.

A boy was born Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, to William Jr. and Trista Main of Fort Belknap.
