A Montana Highway Patrol trooper responds to a one-vehicle rollover two miles east of Havre reported at 11:06 a.m. Tuesday, to which emergency medical technicians also responded. City and county law enforcement responded Tuesday to multiple reports of people sliding off roads or getting stuck as the warm wind caused drifting and low visibility. The forecasts do not look to improve the conditions much, with predictors listing for Havre a 70 percent chance of snow today with up to an inch accumulating and another 70 percent chance tonight with 1 inch to 3 inches accumulating. The weather is expected to once again turn cold, with a high Thursday predicted at 5 degrees and a low at minus 1, then highs in the 20s and teens for Friday and Saturday and lows and even highs dropping below zero over the weekend and early next week.
