After a caller from a 14th Street location reported at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday being assaulted, officers arrested Cole Forrest Stump of Box Elder, 26, on charges of partner or family member assault and obstructing a peace officer or public servant.

After a caller from a Third Avenue establishment reported at 7:33 p.m. Tuesday that someone was stuck in a stairwell and yelling, officers arrested Kiana Lee Roastingstick of Box Elder, 18, on charges of resisting arrest, making false reports to law enforcement and criminal contempt.

After a caller from a location on Second Street and Fifth Avenue said at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday that intoxicated people needed to be removed from a house, officers issued a summons to James Everett Eagleman of Box Elder, 39, on a charge of criminal mischief or vandalism.

After a caller from a location on the 200 Block of Sixth Avenue reported at 8:57 p.m. Tuesday that people were loitering, officers issued a written or verbal warning.

After a caller from a 19th Street location at 9:31 p.m. Tuesday requested someone be removed, officers arrested Spencer Owen Lagree of Havre on charges of criminal trespass to property, resisting arrest and violating conditions of release.

Deputies took calls on multiple reports of vehicles sliding off roads and getting stuck, including one report of a one-vehicle rollover reported at 11:03 a.m. Tuesday two miles east of Havre which they referred to Montana Highway Patrol and to the Havre Fire Department for emergency medical response.

After receiving a call from a west Havre business at 6:47 p.m. Tuesday, a deputy issued a summons to Raechel Lynn Scott of Havre, 39, on a charge of shoplifting.

The shelter this morning held two male short-hair cats, one female each of short-hair, medium-hair, long-hair and calico cats, and four medium-hair cats listed as sex unknown.

The shelter this morning held a male pitbull-terrier-hound mixed-breed puppy, a male Labrador retriever-pug mixed-breed dog, female Rottweiler-shepherd mixed-breed dog, a male 10-month-old German shepherd, a female border collie, a female Labrador retriever, a male 9-month-old Australian shepherd, and four female Rottweiler-shepherd mixed-breed puppies.
