Officers arrested Kyla Ashley Valdez of Havre, 18, on a criminal contempt charge in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation after someone made a report Friday at 8:01 a.m.

Officers arrested Lynn Rose Werk of Havre, 30, on a Justice or City court warrant after a county judge reported Friday at 11:21 a.m. that there was someone with a warrant.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash between a black pickup truck and a red Ford near Fifth Avenue and 10th Street after a report was made Friday at 11:56 a.m.

Officers investigated after a First Street business caller reported Friday at 2:02 p.m. that property damage had been done to the fence.

Officers arrested Patricia Marie Huntley of Havre, 31, on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failure to carry or produce proof of insurance Saturday at 7:49 a.m. at a Third Avenue location.

Officers investigated after a First Street West caller reported Saturday at 11:26 a.m. that a pickup hit a pole.

Officers investigated after a First Street West business caller reported Saturday at 1:24 p.m. that a motor vehicle crash had taken place.

Officers investigated after a First Street West caller reported Saturday at 4:34 p.m. that an item he lent to someone was at a pawn shop.

Officers arrested Robert S. Cody of Havre, 60, on a partner or family member assault after a Second Street caller reported Saturday at 8:09 p.m. that a woman was hit by a vehicle.

Officers arrested Cedric Nathaniel Hale of Havre, 18, on driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia charges after a Seventh Avenue and Eighth Street caller reported Saturday at 11:13 p.m. that someone was sleeping in a car.

Officers arrested Michael Charles Hall of Havre, 36, on a driving under the influence charge during a motor vehicle stop on First Street West Sunday at 1:39 a.m.

Officers investigated after a Fifth Street caller reported Sunday at 10:32 a.m. that his garage door was spray-painted.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash on Second Street reported Sunday at 12:21 p.m.

Officers investigated a reported hit and run motor vehicle crash Sunday at 3:37 p.m. near Third Street and 13th Avenue.

Animal Control investigated a dog bite report after a Northern Montana Hospital caller made a report Sunday at 5:32 p.m.

Officers arrested Bryan Norbert Huber of Amity, Oregon, 43, on a partner or family member assault charge after a Second Street business caller reported Sunday at 9:31 a.m. a disturbance.

Officers investigated after a Fourth Street caller reported Sunday at 10:37 p.m. that a hit and run happened earlier in the day.

Officers investigated after a Second Street  caller reported Sunday at 11:35 p.m. that she hit a parked car.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies issued a summons to Jordyn Jewel Siewing of Havre, 18, on a shoplifting charge after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller reported Friday at 1:02 p.m. that there was a female shoplifter in the store.

Deputies arrested Christopher John Brandt of Havre, 29, on a Justice or City court warrant while assisting another agency Friday at 11:36 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 87 West business.

Deputies issued a summons to Brent Dean Robertson of Havre, 52, on a permit animal to run at large in herd district charge after a U.S. Highway 2 East caller reported made a complaint Saturday at

2:29 p.m.

Deputies arrested Michael Stone of Choteau, 24, and Bradley Lane Cochrane of Billings, 20, each on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia Sunday at 7:22 p.m. in a First Street business parking lot.

Havre Fire Department

Medical crews responded to one call Sunday. The department did not provide logs for Friday and Saturday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning one long-haired, one calico four short-haired, and six medium-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female Labrador-retriever, a female akbash-Australian shepherd cross, a Labrador retriever-pug cross, and five female Rottweiler-shepherd crosses — four of them puppies.
