Officers investigated after a Lincoln Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 7:49 a.m. that she spun out while driving and hit some mailboxes.

Officers investigated after a First Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 10:08 a.m. that she would like officers to look into an incident involving a female who hit a parked car.

Officers investigated after a caller reported Wednesday at 10:37 a.m. that a Chrysler and an Escalade crashed near 13th Street West and Grant Avenue.

Officers arrested Vanessa Danielle Segna of Havre, 35, on a Justice or City court warrant while assisting another agency Wednesday at 11:37 a.m. near a Third Street West address.

Officers arrested Haley Marie Kelm of Havre, 20, on a Justice or City court warrant Wednesday at 12:18 p.m. on Smithville Road while assisting another agency.

Officers investigated after a Seventh Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 2:55 p.m. that she was involved in a noninjury motor vehicle crash.

Officers investigated after a Fourth Street caller reported Wednesday at 3:26 p.m. that he struck a car.

Officers investigated after a 15th Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 3:53 p.m. that a neighbor was making noise.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested Bonnie Meyers of Box Elder, 60, on a criminal trespass to property charge after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Wednesday at 1:45 p.m. a trespasser was in the store.

Deputies served a warrant on Haley Marie Kelm of Havre, 20, on a Justice or City court warrant Wednesday at 2:31 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies arrested Dustin Turner of Box Elder, 25, on a Justice or City court warrant Wednesday at 8:56 p.m. on U.S. Highway 87 and U.S. Highway 2.

Havre Fire Department

Medical crews responded to one call Wednesday.

Fire crews responded to the 2100 Block of U.S. Highway 2 East where employees reported a gas leak. The gas leak was confirmed and repaired by NorthWestern Energy employees.

Fire crews responded to the 1200 Block of First Avenue where a malfunctioning smoke alarm was triggered. The alarm was reset and no further action was necessary.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning one long-haired, one calico, four short-haired and five medium-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female Labrador-retriever, a female akbash-Australian shepherd cross and five female Rottweiler-shepherd crosses, four of them puppies.
