Medical crews responded to one call Wednesday.

Fire crews responded to the 2100 Block of U.S. Highway 2 East where employees reported a gas leak. The gas leak was confirmed and repaired by NorthWestern Energy employees.

Fire crews responded to the 1200 Block of First Avenue where a malfunctioning smoke alarm was triggered. The alarm was reset and no further action was necessary.

The animal shelter held this morning one long-haired, one calico, four short-haired and five medium-haired cats.
